Phoenix Futures announced the launch of this year’s Recovery Street Film Festival, which will invite amateur filmmakers to try their hand at making a short film about recovery. Films will be shortlisted by an expert panel of judges and showcased at festivals throughout the country in September, to coincide with Recovery Month. Details at
