The Authority invites providers to participate in a tender for 2020/21 admissions to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the provision of Tier 4 Drug and Alcohol Placements (the “Services”) procured within four distinct Lots:
- Lot 1: Residential detoxification with residential rehabilitation or structured day programme services (drugs and / or alcohol)
- Lot 2: Residential rehabilitation and quasi-residential rehabilitation services (inclusive of first stage, second stage and aftercare for abstinent drugs and / or alcohol)
- Lot 3: Non-residential structured day programmes services (abstinent drugs and / or alcohol)
- Lot 4: Residential detoxification, stabilisation and assisted withdrawal services (drugs and / or alcohol)
Providers of Lot 4 services are advised that, for 2020/21 admissions, the Authority is removing the requirement for services to be located within a 3 mile radius of the London Borough of Southwark and invites submissions to join the DPS from providers of the services located within the national boundaries of England and Wales.
The third commissioning round has six application categories; two of which apply to new or previously unsuccessful providers and four of which apply to existing providers, the full details of which can be found via the Authority’s e-procurement portal: https://procontract.due-north.com.
The submission deadline for 2020/21 admissions to join the DPS is Monday 2 December 2019 at 12pm.
