Detox
Our drug and alcohol detox programme is designed not just to cleanse the body but to set the foundation for long-lasting recovery. It’s a blended approach that prepares people for the next steps in the treatment process.
We provide a 72-hour medically supervised detox led by an addiction specialist doctor and 24h nursing care, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Inpatient treatment
Inpatient rehab at Journey Recovery and Wellness Centre offers a supportive environment for overcoming addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and other psychiatric conditions or destructive behaviours. Building self-esteem and self-respect in a caring, compassionate environment is crucial for recovery.

Halfway House
Pembroke Halfway House is a sanctuary for people transitioning from inpatient treatment to independent living. This sober living home provides the ideal balance of support and freedom for those on a recovery journey.
At Journey Recovery and Wellness Centre’s halfway house, residents can work, study, and engage in daily therapy while being part of a supportive community. Outpatient programme
We offer a modern approach to addiction treatment with our outpatient programme. This flexible option enables individuals to manage their recovery alongside daily commitments.
Our programme fits seamlessly into your life, offering evening sessions for those who work during the day. At our outpatient rehab, patients don’t need to stay at the Journey facility. They can remain independent while receiving the support and care needed for recovery.
