Positive Futures Gateshead are excited to advertise the role of Young Person’s Resilience Worker – Exploitation Lead

Positive Futures Gateshead are a confidential drug and alcohol service for young people aged up to the age of 18. We offer advice and support to young people who are experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol.

This support offered includes specialist care planned interventions, brief interventions, targeted group work, outreach, and training. The service works in a holistic way and works closely with local partners in ensuring a multi-agency approach to supporting children and young people.

As a Young Person's Resilience Worker, your focus will be to work proactively with young people to help address their substance misuse needs and alongside this, they will help forge strong working relationships and pathways with statutory partners including children’s social care teams to help coordinate a joined-up approach to substance use and other identified needs.
