Positive Choices is Change Grow Live’s confidential service in Coventry supporting young people between the ages of 5 and 24.

We offer advice and guidance to young people who are affected by a loved one’s drug or alcohol misuse or if they are using drugs or alcohol themselves and want support to make changes.

We’re looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, and non-judgmental individual who has the confidence to engage with young people aged 16 and above.

You’ll work closely with their families, carers, and partner agencies to provide meaningful support and positive outcomes.
