Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

Working at Insight Platform in Haringey as a Children Young Person and Family Worker. Managing a caseload of young people and their families who are impacted in some way by substance misuse.

Delivering one to one sessions, group sessions and assemblies in schools to improve everyone's understanding of the impact of substance misuse and the dangers around this. Training other professionals in the borough on substance misuse and how to ensure young people and their families are aware of the support available.

Lots of outreach work, running stalls, creating relationships with stakeholders and seeing clients in the community.

This is an outreach position, you will be based at the service on Bromley road, but required to work between the services in the area.
