Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.
We are excited to advertise the role of Young Adult’s Worker. We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual with an understanding of multi-agency working and effective partnership approaches with a strong focus on improving outcomes for young people. You’ll be joining an integrated service who support both adults, young people who use substances and children affected by parental substance use.
Working with young adults (18-25), you will lead high-quality support services focused on access, engagement, and resilience-building through 1:1 and group interventions. This includes assessment, care planning, and holistic support to foster alternative coping strategies.
As part of Stockton Recovery Service’s multi-disciplinary team, you’ll manage a varied workload, deliver evidence-based care, and build strong partnerships with community organisations to address emerging needs.
We seek a creative, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced team. This outreach role requires independence, local travel, and strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and priorities effectively.
