As a Work and Health Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, particularly those related to physical or mental health.

Working as part of the WorkWell project, you will deliver tailored, light-touch employment support, assisting participants to remain in or return to work, or pursue the path best suited to their needs.
