Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

This role is based within Northumberland Recovery Partnership will predominantly will work across the county of Northumberland.

This role is to support the diverse criminal justice team but lead in the development of a women’s only approach including in reach in to prisons and specific women only groups. The role will require a flexible approach to its day to day working and task allocation.
