Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

To support Waythrough in delivering its mission by contributing time, skills, and enthusiasm to enhance services and activities for residents.

Volunteers will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive environment. For this volunteer role, you’ll be supporting residents to choose new places to walk, and to support them to go on these walks.
