Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our service users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right support and care options.

As the Thriving Families Senior Worker, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be based at one of the locality hubs across the City of Manchester.

You will be providing intensive support to families who are currently on Child Protection or Child in Need Plans who have drug and/or alcohol misuse issues which could potentially be putting their children, families or themselves at risk.

You will co-ordinate and deliver 1-2-1 interventions, including group based and intensive support packages, enabling families to be able to consider the impacts, identify strengths and re-build their connections to each other in order that vulnerabilities are reduced and that all family members receive the support they need.

As the Senior Worker, you will also provide direct line management support for two Family Workers located across the Thriving Families Teams.
