An exciting opportunity has arisen as a result of a successful bid for Changing Futures funding across the Northumbria region. 

As Changing Futures Team Leader you will lead a frontline team which works in a holistic way to support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage to improve their circumstances based on their understanding of ‘what matters to me’.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant experience of leading frontline delivery models for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage and delivering effective working relationships across agency boundaries.

You will also have proven experience of managing and coaching employees and partners and supporting them through different ways of working.
