    Description

    An exciting vacancy has arisen to join the new dynamic and innovative Young People’s team at Positive Choices, Coventry. We are looking for an individual to lead the skilled team and be committed to improving the lives of children and young people. This is a new service and the role will be vital in leading overall service planning and partnership working, ensuring stakeholders are aware of the support we offer.

    Skills

    The post-holder will provide the management and supervision of a highly skilled team offering a flexible and accessible service. You will be required to contribute to the service to ensure that service users consistently receive high quality services that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards. You will be responsible for contributing to the overall development and performance of the service to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved.

    Responsibilities

    The post holder will be required to have knowledge of sexual health and substance misuse. The post holder will be required to collocate and work flexibly across a number of stakeholders sites as required and will include some evening and weekend working.
