    Description

    Our Croydon Recovery Network Service is an integrated community drug and alcohol service that offers support to individuals across the Borough. Making a real difference to our service users' lives, you'll be part of the management team - making sure the service delivers care to the highest possible standard. As well as leading and co-ordinating senior recovery workers, recovery workers, volunteers/peer mentors and administrators, you'll get to work closely with clinicians and line managers as you contribute to the planning of our service delivery and responding to ever-changing local needs.

    The purpose of this role is to assist in leading, developing and co-ordinating teams to ensure the delivery of high quality, innovative and cost effective care.

    Responsibilities

    The key accountabilities of this role are:


    ü Contribute to the effective planning of excellent person-centred care and support plans throughout the hub that meet the needs of clients in accordance with the recovery agenda

    ü Help to ensure the delivery of excellent person-centred interventions with individuals for whom we provide support

    ü Help the division to achieve its long term goals by being aware of the Divisional Strategy, working with the Deputy Operations Manager to help align the hub and service plan to it.

    Experience Requirements

    ü You'll need Substance Misuse experience, a good understanding of harm reduction and recovery development service models.

    ü Proven ability to manage and develop a multidisciplinary team.

    ü Good leadership qualities, you'll be familiar with CQC reporting structures and have the necessary experience to implement change as the service continues to adapt and grow. You'll also ideally have experience of overseeing clinical services.

    ü Excellent organisation, planning and IT skills are a must.
