Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.
Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.
We have exciting opportunities to join our Manchester Resettlement Service based at home as a support coordinator within the Rough Sleeping Accommodation team working 37.5 hours per week.
You will be predominantly working with clients who have a history of rough sleeping who are moving to accommodation.
The role is full time; 37.5 hour per week. Mon – Thurs 9-5 Fri 9-4.30pm.
The role is to support the client’s to become independent in their new tenancy. This is an exciting role where you will help people to get back on their feet after a period of homelessness. You will meet a variety of people with a range of issues, so no two days will be the same.
