We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Services Manager to join our Norfolk Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service for Adults. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service. You will lead the delivery and development of the service working closely with, clinicians, team leaders, multi-disciplinary staff team and Shared Care and Pharmacy partners.
We provide a range of recovery-oriented harm reduction, medically assisted recovery, structured psycho-social interventions, and education/prevention and outreach services, alongside provision of Shared Care, Pharmacy Supervised Consumption and Pharmacy Needle exchange provision to adult drug and alcohol service users across the service area.
You will be the CQC Registered Manager and will have core responsibility to manage, monitor and develop partnerships ensuring clear and effective communication and accountability is in place along with effective governance and performance against agreed targets and outcomes.
