We are hiring a Service Manager to join our team in Ealing, leading a service which provides a recovery focused service to adults with long term mental health difficulties.

You will support the team to deliver person centred support to improve our residents' lives, gaining greater independence to support them in their move on into low support accommodation.

As the Service Manager, you will have full oversight of your service, ensuring full contract and regulatory compliance, and support the Head of Service in the implementation and delivery of service monitoring and development. You will contribute to the strategic direction of local services.
