Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Service Manager to empower and support our team in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to residents across multiple accommodation units across Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).

Our services provide essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs, and in this role, you will foster a psychologically informed environment (PIE) that promotes recovery, rehabilitation, and independence.

As a Service Manager, you will lead by example, guiding your team to provide person-centred support while ensuring the highest standards of service quality and continuous improvement.

You will oversee the operational delivery of services, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations while creating a positive and inclusive culture that enables both staff and residents to thrive.
