The main purpose of the role is to have strong leadership and communication skills as the post holder will be providing and overseeing care to people who use our services who may be mentally unwell, have experienced trauma and who have struggled to engage with mainstream services.

Applicants will be able to work flexible working patterns with partner agencies, to give the best possible care and support the management team.
