We support individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, offering holistic care through all stages of recovery— from initial assessment and prescribing to detox, rehab, and beyond, addressing all aspects that support sustained engagement.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is wanting the opportunity to be a Team Leader to join our Lewisham service, helping to drive positive change for individuals facing homelessness and related challenges.

In this role, you’ll lead a skilled, multidisciplinary team dedicated to engaging individuals in spaces where they feel most comfortable, whether in hostel accommodations or through community outreach.
