We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Recovery Worker to join our dynamic team in Exeter.

If you’re passionate about supporting individuals through their recovery journey and have experience (or transferable skills) from a similar environment or sector, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Recovery Worker, you will be a vital part of the team, providing support and encouragement to service users at all stages of their recovery journey.

Our services range from harm reduction for those at the start of their recovery, through to brief and extended interventions, as well as structured treatment for individuals requiring more focused support.

You will motivate, guide, and empower service users to engage with our recovery programmes and achieve their recovery goals.
