The Forward Trust provide the psychosocial substance misuse service at HMP Onley.

As a Recovery Worker you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, completing comprehensive assessments, providing harm reduction advice, and developing individual care plans tailored to the client's needs.

You will be expected to deliver structured one to one sessions and group-work programmes, including accredited groups. You will provide transitional support from prison to the community to prepare service users for release.
