    Description

    SRS is an Integrated Recovery Service in Stockton on Tees. It provides rapid and open access to a range of interventions and treatment for adults experiencing problems with drugs or drugs and alcohol whilst promoting a focus on recovery and independence. We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our Recovery team; this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and ongoing success of the SRS service which has recently been re-commissioned. Individuals will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, committed and driven in order to meet the expectations of this challenging role.

    Skills

    We currently have a vacancy for a Recovery Coordinator; the successful candidate will join a team delivering comprehensive Tier 3 clinical & psycho-social intervention services in response to Criminal Justice & Community pathways. The successful applicant will carry a caseload and deliver comprehensive clinical & psycho-social intervention services in response to Criminal Justice & Community pathways; as well as ensuring that Service Users receive the highest standard of support.

    Responsibilities

    The successful applicant will carry a caseload and deliver comprehensive clinical & psycho-social intervention services in response to Criminal Justice & Community pathways; as well as ensuring that Service Users receive the highest standard of support. The post-holder will carry a case load and provide ongoing comprehensive assessments, Recovery planning & reviews, and will adhere to titration and prescribing pathways as per standard operating procedures if required, providing a range of recognised psycho-social interventions. They will proactively contribute to service delivery and development in order to support in all aspects of partnership and strategic objectives. The role requires a commitment to quality in governance and practice, and excellent communication skills. The post holder will report to the Recovery Team Leader.
