    The post-holder will contribute to the service to ensure that our service users consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards. In addition you will support coaching staff through devising and delivering training and workshop sessions, and addressing issues of quality and the promotion high standards of case management. The role will focus on quality of both clinical and psychosocial elements of case management along with the quality and effectiveness of Recovery focused interventions, referrals and care inclusive of assertive linkage to mutual aid networks. The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the overall performance of the service to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved.
