We have an exciting opportunity to join our Knowsley service as part of the senior leadership team in the role of Quality and Governance Lead.
As Quality and Governance Lead you will be required to undertake a quality assurance and developmental role, which will include devising and undertaking audits of service delivery in addition to staff coaching, devising and delivering training and workshop sessions in relation to quality and governance.
You will contribute to the service to ensure that alcohol and drug users consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards. You will be responsible for leading on mortality reviews and reducing the risks to service users.
