    Description

    Warrington Pathways to Recovery is an integrated drug and alcohol treatment service covering both the community of Warrington and its two Prisons HMP Thorn Cross and HMP Risley

    Among our aims we want to increase the number of substance misusing clients entering and successfully completing treatment, remaining in recovery, reducing substance-related harm and improve the quality of life for service users, their families and communities both in custody and in their wider community.

    The service provides a range of interventions including open access, recovery support, assertive engagement and outreach, recovery focused clinical/ psychosocial interventions, access to residential detox and long-term residential rehab dispensing/administration of opiate substitute therapies.  Supporting the work of Warrington’s Hep C specialist team and community and prison based sexual health services and the delivery of community and domiciliary based alcohol detoxification across Warrington.
