Our Peer Support Service in Blackpool is commissioned by the Lancashire and South Cumbria integrated care Board to work with the primary and secondary care networks to support and empower individuals. Though sharing our own Lived experience, we empower clients to overcome issues impacting their mental health.

We’re looking for a passionate Individual to join our dynamic team at Zest Blackpool. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the support for individuals struggling with social issues that are impacting their mental health.

Providing a range of support for individuals to overcome social issues, housing, benefits, social inclusion, debt, attending medical appointments to name just a few. The role is varied no two days are the same.

Although some days can be quite challenging it is also rewarding, enabling individuals to live a life worth living making a real difference on a daily basis.

Working as a Peer Support Worker provides an opportunity to support individuals with your own lived experience to overcome issues that are impacting their lives, providing an opportunity to enrich and make a difference on a daily basis.
