Description

CATCH Recovery, part of the world-renowned Castle Craig Hospital group, is a private outpatient service supporting individuals with addiction and mental health challenges. 

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Patient Liaison to support the Operations Manager and Director of Outpatient Services during an exciting time of rapid expansion across the UK and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone looking to pursue a career as a therapist, as it offers extensive patient-facing contact and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a therapeutic setting.

In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, business development, and HR support while helping to ensure smooth operations.  You will also play a key part in patient care, handling enquiries, conducting check-in calls, managing group registrations, and maintaining accurate records across our systems.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others.  Previous experience in healthcare or addiction services is desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements:

  • Smart professional appearance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, dealing with all levels of people (patients, clinicians, directors, external stakeholders, and colleagues).
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Needs to be able to work co-operatively with team members and with other staff to achieve team and organisational goals.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality with regard to both patient and corporate information.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work flexibly to meet organisational needs.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Must be comfortable with maintaining processes / procedures.
  • Ease with new digital systems is essential.
  • Good communication skills and an ability to multitask is essential.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Psychology or Social Care qualification (or related field, or currently pursing one)
  • Three years’ experience in an administrative setting.

Location: Fully remote role with occasional travel to London. 

Schedule: 8-hour remote role – 09h00 – 17h00, Monday to Friday
