A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen in our Swindon service for an Outreach Worker, supporting rough sleeping individuals and those at risk of homelessness into and throughout their treatment journey. 

You will be the key liaison between CGL services, local hostels and shelters, the local council and partners and will actively engage individuals with the services they need to support improved health, wellbeing, social inclusion and appropriate accommodation.
