    Description

    New Beginnings is an integrated community substance misuse and wellbeing service in Brent, working in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.  We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Outreach Practitioner to contribute to the success of this service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy service in a vibrant borough.

    To be successful you will need to have an excellent understanding of complex needs and a willingness to work flexibly.  The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a passion for working creatively with complex service users.
