We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our New Beginnings team in Brent. You will be able to handle complex cases, work independently, and have the confidence to be a strong voice in a multi-disciplinary team.

You will support the most complex cases where substance misuse is the primary and secondary issue; helping those that are engaged or on the edge of multiple services.

The role will be based across multiple sites in Brent and part of a multi-disciplinary team, which includes a housing officer, occupational therapist, social workers, and outreach officers.
