Steps2Recovery are excited to recruit a full-time 12 step therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

We are a registered charity operating out of West London.

We provide residential drug and alcohol treatment to individuals caught in the cycle of crime, prison, addiction and homelessness.

We deliver a 12-week residential treatment program and are grounded in the principles of the 12 step approach to recovery. 

The successful applicant will be highly motivated and able to work in a demanding environment as well as having experience of delivering 12 step treatment in a residential setting, carrying a case load and an ability to work with risk assessments and safeguarding issues.

In return we offer: Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, monthly clinical supervision, the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
