As an IPS Employment Specialist within Calico Enterprises’ Employability & Skills team, you will work closely with individuals with drug and alcohol support needs offering Individual Placement and Support (IPS) as part of a holistic recovery plan for people in structured treatment supporting them into sustainable paid employment.

You will be based in Blackburn with Darwen and your hours of work would be 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
