We are now recruiting a committed individual to join our dynamic and experienced Camden Routes off The Street team, based in the heart of Camden Town. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and be part of a service that delivers real change.

As an Outreach Worker within the RTS team, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to move off the streets and towards stable housing.

Please note: This role will require you to walk for extended periods to conduct street outreach and provide direct support. This role involves working weekends, evenings, and early mornings as part of the outreach support provided to those in need.
