 Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for people engaging with our service by creating a focused culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.

You will work as part of the service, developing pathways between Criminal Justice Agencies, both in the community and within the prison service to support an aspirational service and seamless continuity of care.

As the Team Leader, You will lead the recovery workers and volunteers working within HMPPS.
