Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a result of a successful bid for Changing Futures funding across the Northumbria region. 

You will be part of a frontline team which works in a holistic way to support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage to improve their circumstances based on their understanding of ‘what matters to me’.

Together with a co-worker, who has lived experience of multiple disadvantage, you will have the autonomy to agree the support and/or intervention required to meet the needs of the individual.
