We are seeking a Dual Diagnosis Worker on a 12 months fixed term contract to provide specialist dual diagnosis support with a focus on complex mental health presentations and substance misuse.

You will join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract, and be based in a 27-bed residential property which is a step-down service, specialising in mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis.

The service is spread over 4 individual sites providing high and medium support for both men and women. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver compassionate, person centred support, empowering our residents which complex needs to build resilience, develop new skills, and achieve their personal goals for a brighter future.

Within this role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions based on a holistic assessment to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills.
