Based within i-access Drug and Alcohol Service, this Recovery Practitioner role will offer support to adults who use our services in Surrey to help them achieve their recovery goals through 1:1s and structured group work packages.

The role will involve the following elements:

• Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to people and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Manage a case load, coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.
