We are looking for an inspirational and strategic leader to shape the future of Adult Drug and Alcohol Services at Change Grow Live.

As Director of Operations – Adult Drug & Alcohol Services (London/Southern area), you will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and delivering the strategic direction of services, ensuring alignment with our organisational vision and priorities.

Working closely with the Executive team, fellow Directors, our CQC Registered Managers and multi-disciplinary operational teams, you will lead transformative, evidence-based interventions that drive innovation, service excellence, and long-term impact.

This role offers the opportunity to influence policy, strengthen partnerships, and implement systemic improvements, ensuring that individuals affected by substance use receive the highest standard of care and support.
