The role will require you to work with management and front line staff to initiate and support Service User recovery from drug and or alcohol dependence, both in an operational and strategic capacity. This will include establishing links to recovery capital and to support staff to work towards Service User long-term sustained recovery and social integration.
The role will involve managing and supporting a number of Team Leaders as well as participating in the collaborative management of an integrated treatment service ensuring CQC competencies are adhered to and a quality focus approach is developed and maintained. The post will also require the capacity to build and strengthen partnership relationships both within RISE, CGL and Ealing Borough.
