We're hiring a Deputy Service Manager to join our service in Bedford.

You will be responsible for the running and oversight of a 19-bed residential service close to Bedford Town Centre offering a safe, peaceful and supportive living environment for individuals wishing to engage with support to assist them in increasing their levels of independence.

You will provide overall leadership and management of your service and team who deliver high quality, trauma informed support to residents.

You will work to ensure we meet full contract and compliance needs, as well as provide leadership to your team to achieve KPI's and other service requirements.
