This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Criminal Justice Team and help to shape the service. We are looking for a proactive and committed individual, someone who can work independently but also part of a team to join our New Beginnings service in Cheshire West and Chester. You will be working with a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals .

You will:

• have experience of line management of staff and good case management skills.
• be part of a high-performance team that is focused on outcomes and welcomes innovation.
• be a key part of the leadership team, ensuring the delivery of excellent services.
• lead on, and coordinate, Criminal Justice Team, and support functions, including client engagement, treatment support and care coordination.
• work in partnership with stakeholders, probation/ IOM/Police and other key partner agencies, including those who use our services, and take the lead in specific designated areas, supporting to deliver strategic and operational goals.
• deputise for any other manager when required.
