As a Connecting Communities Lead at HMP Liverpool, you will develop strong partnerships and joint working within the prison and beyond into local communities to actively improve services, seek to reduce reoffending to enhance crime free communities and improve health and well-being outcomes for service users in our care.

You will engage, promote, and deliver mentor training within the prisons, looking for opportunities for this to continue in community services upon release.
