As a Care Coordinator within Delphi’s HMP Manchester service, you will work collaboratively with Delphi and Acorn staff to manage and effectively support the delivery of the drug and alcohol services.

Your role will involve offering a high standard of care for clients and staff whilst also being part of the service development and innovation, to continually improve our service offer. This is a really exciting and rewarding role where you’ll be able to positively impact people’s future, improving their prospects and their quality of life.

As a Care Coordinator you will be expected to administer medications to our clients following guidelines and polices.

As a Care Co-ordinator, you will support team caseloads with complex clients, providing line management to Delphi and Acorn staff within the prison team.

You will work closely with the Service Manager on new initiatives and service updates, to improve the outcomes for clients. You will lead areas within the service, such as the recovery wing, interventions, and other recovery activities.
