We are looking for an Advanced Detox Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team at Smithfield inpatient detox service located in Manchester City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead, develop, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a compassionate, non-judgemental environment.

As an Advanced Detox Recovery Worker, you will:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of Recovery Workers to deliver high-quality care.
• In line with UK clinical guidelines and Turning Points policies- Develop and oversee psychosocial treatment interventions, including group and one-to-one support
• Maintain a supportive and reflective team environment, ensuring staff morale and development.
• Contribute to service improvement, policy review, and incident investigations using quality improvement methods.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide supervision, training, and professional development opportunities your team.
• Participate in audits, case management reviews, safeguarding procedures, and compliance monitoring.
