    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Change Grow Live (CGL) in Rotherham

    CGL Rotherham offers drug and alcohol support to adults in the Rotherham area. CGL also supports young people in Rotherham through the newly commissioned DIVERT service which is co-located in the same building. This support includes specialist care and planned interventions as well as targeted group work, outreach and brief interventions for young people affected by substance misuse.

    Responsibilities

    The post holder will be responsible for data entry, data quality, reporting as well as the ongoing development of information systems for both the adult and young people’s service. You will also provide support to colleagues in relation to paperwork, data and monitoring to ensure effective practice.

    Experience Requirements

    You will have previous experience of data administration work and the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the need to deliver excellent customer care skills. You will also have experience in the use of a range of IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Information Systems. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who enjoys working within a busy team. The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines amongst competing priorities is vital in this position.
