Our aim is to help and support each other and ourselves with self management recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, We offer a friendly, safe and confidential open meeting to anyone who is trying to become abstinent and/or cut down their substance of choice. The meetings last for approximately 1 hour and refreshments are available.
You are also welcome if you suffer in any of these following areas – Depression, Anxiety, Loneliness, Sadness, Shyness, Bullying.
We are not doctors, professionals nor are we social workers, we are just a group of people supporting each other and therefore take no responsibility for your own actions.
We invite anyone in self management recovery to come join us. You can join in if you wish or just listen if you prefer. If you wish to bring a friend or family member for support then that’s fine too. For more information please call on the above number.
